The rates are quoted per person and day depending on the location of the room and the duration of the stay, plus 2,10 Euro local taxes per person (14 years of age and up) and day. For stays under 3 days and over public holidays  we calculate the price of high season.

Payment: To pay for your stay we accept bank transfers, credit cards (except American Express & Diners), ATMs and cash payments.

For stays on the weekends, the prices of the high season apply.

Included in the price:

• Breakfast buffet
• Swimming pool with sunbathing area, Finnish and Turkish sauna, fitness room
• Free access to the public Seegarten beach as well as to the Seegarten wellness area and all services.
• Half board includes a 5-course menu with a choice of menu and a salad buffet. Half board, at a price of €30.00 per person per day, is bookable for a minimum stay of two days and only for the entire duration of the stay. The half-board surcharge for children aged 6 to 14, excluding Wednesdays, is €15. If half board is booked for individual days only, we charge €40.00. On Wednesdays (the Seegarten's day off), we do not serve dinner and charge for the overnight stay including breakfast. Missed meals will not be reimbursed.
  If you do not wish to book half board, we offer a 10% discount on dinner in the restaurant or on the lakeside terrace in the Seegarten. Massages can be booked at the Hotel Seegarten for a fee.

Massages are available at the Hotel Seegarten for an additional charge.

Children: Reduction in the parents  room with two full-paying guests for overnight stays with breakfast.

Dogs: By request you can bring your friend with you.However, he has no access to the breakfast room and the sunbathing area at the Seeberg, nor to the beach, wellness area and dining room at Hotel Seegarten. But he is allowed on the lake terrace and in the bar restaurant at Seegarten. We charge € 22,00 per day without food.

Our cancellation policy: Free cancellations are possible up to 21 days before arrival. From 21 days to 6 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booked hotel package. From 5 days before arrival until the day of arrival, we charge 100% of the booked package. Late arrivals or early departures: 100% of the room rate. We ABSOLUTELY recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance to avoid additional costs.

South Tyrol Guest Pass

As a premiere holiday destination, both Kaltern / Caldaro and South Tyrol as a whole attach great importance to the concept of sustainability. With the new Guest Pass now introduced throughout South Tyrol, our guests can make use of all public transportation systems in the südtirolmobil combined system - including the Mendel Cableway in Kaltern. This Guest Pass is a guest card which is already included in the regular room price of participating lodging establishments. Your name and the duration of your stay are printed on the South Tyrol Guest Pass. The services to which you are entitled can be claimed for the duration of your vacation stay. The South Tyrol Guest Pass must be validated when beginning each individual trip; this is done using the automatic validation devices located in the buses or at the train stations. This validation process (check-in) is an easy process.
